Quotes and proposals
Quotations are estimates based on the information you provide. Final scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in a formal proposal or contract. Quotes may expire on the date shown on the document.
Payment
Payment schedules are shown on your quote and invoice. We accept M-Pesa Paybill and bank transfer as published on your invoice. Work may pause if agreed payments are overdue.
Site access and safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe site access and accurate site information. Delays caused by inaccessible sites, missing permits, or inaccurate information may affect timelines and cost.
Smart metering platform
Platform accounts are subject to subscription terms for the selected plan. You must keep login credentials secure and use the platform only for lawful meter and billing operations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mikam Water Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project under the applicable contract.
