Which payment methods do you accept? +
We accept M-Pesa Paybill and bank transfer to Sidian Bank. The payment schedule for each job is shown on your quote and invoice.
How long does a typical borehole project take? +
Timelines depend on site surveys, permits, and drilling depth. After the initial consultation and site visit, your quotation will include an estimated schedule for your project.
Do you work outside Nairobi? +
Yes. We serve clients across Kenya for surveys, drilling, treatment, irrigation, and smart metering. Tell us your project location when you request a quote.
What is the smart metering platform? +
It is Mikam Water’s IoT platform for utilities and commercial users: live consumption monitoring, automated billing, and remote valve control. You can register for the platform from the Smart Metering page.
